why is this so effin complicated? i linked my card to paypal and wanted to transfer money from my bank account to my paypal account i clicked on the "top up" button, completed the fields and i thought it's that easy but NOOOOO! i had to go ti bank's online banking service and place a payment order fine, i thought until i realised I can't transfer money to any account, just specified one for taxes & bills so i went to the bank to write a PO this was tuesday and now it's friday and it still hasn't been transferred wtf why can i juat have the money from my bank account appear in my paypal???
