never lay a washing machine on its side with the soap tray high , i did that once a tiny amount of water left in the soap tray dripped onto the top pcb blowing it when i pluged the machine in

Bravo sir, you saved me from a costly bill I found with a flashlight a bra wire Had to remove one of the washing drumlifters, under here there are some bigger holes which makes it so much easier With a plier able to remove the bra wire!! Thank you a million times!

I have my sweatpants waist string stuck in the drum holes 😭 it's got a metal tipped string, and the metal tip must have been misshapened once it got stuck, so now it's stuck stuck

What will happen if a cleaning pod goes behind the washer tub? It went into the area between the 'tub' and the outside wall, I think!!! I appreciate your instructions but found nothing so I tried to remove the heater as per your heater replacement video but even though it looked identical, it came out so far but could not budge it any further I loosened the nut all the way and the bolt was pushed all the way in It moved on the rubber and I could hear the heater knocking on the side as I struggled with bigger and bigger levers and even a bit of WD-40 but eventually gave up and put it all back together

My Bosch classixx 1400 has got a coin in it It was the making that scraping noise but as I went to get it out it went completely through the gap Now there is no scraping noise but the coin is in there somewhere Will it go into the filter as checked filter and is not in there either Worried that it will damage machine

So we know there's a bra wire in ours as partner is missing one and we can hear the light scraping No end showing from inside drum, have looked between inner and outer and no sign there, have shone torch inside drum and can see the inside of the outer drum through it but no sign of missing bra wire Sounds like the scraping is coming from top of drum rather than bottom near sump, what could I do now?

Hi guys Hopefully you’ll see this I had a medium sized nail (as in the ones you hammer) stuck, just like the bra wire in your video It made the machine make a lot of noise for the good last 10 minutes of a wash, when the centrifuge started When I pulled it out, it had been bent a bit Hopefully it only scratched the inside of the outer drum, but is that bad?

Hi , we recently have bought a “recon” indisit washer/dryer- everything appears to work however the machine is noisy a high pitched whirring noise - I don’t think it’s the bearings on the drum - I’d say something to do with the motor ? Makes the noise more going clockwise any ideas 💡 I’m told the brushes have been done - I should add the drum spins free by hand

You sir are a legend We have replaced 2 paddles twice each Today the 3rd paddle came off too The wife requested a new machine as this one was broken I looked though the drum with no luck Took out the heater No luck Underneath I removed the hose Boom! One sharpened bra wire fell out I cleaned the hose and found Bobby pins and a coin too I'm buying paddles from e spares now you have a loyal customer Thank you
