Thank you so much for downloading that video about how to attach that network extender to the network! It is so important to my business, and to my lifestyle that I can walk from room to room and not drop a call! You were amazing and I just want you to know you were truly appreciated! Bless you! Comment from : @user-is2jz6et2b |
Thank you it worked awesome from one bar to all but now can anybody jump on this and screw it up Comment from : @eddyvnhln |
run speed test! screw bars Comment from : @go9513 |
Does this LTE extender work without plugging it into my internet router or modem? Comment from : @christopherowens2635 |
Yes Verizon just sent me this device and it works great Comment from : @BigSmoove77x |
The satellites are purely for making sure you don't take the extender out of the country They have nothing to do with your service Comment from : @hoshmoggen1746 |
Don’t have power so turn on your network extender… Comment from : @mdi800 |
If I have a home network can I just plug this into one of the wall ports or does it HAVE to be plugged into the modem? Comment from : @geoffmetts6352 |
Does the data you use counted in the 30GB (or whatever it is) cellular data cap? Comment from : @John-vk1ij |
So this thing just plugs into my verizon internet gateway cube? help lol Comment from : @troyyeager5089 |
How long does it take to connect to the router? Comment from : @vitalik08rad |
One VERY important side-note hereif you have more than one of these devices do NOT have them close to each other This will cause one of the unit's built-in radios to become disabled, and will not re-enable even after a factory reset Only the Verizon networking team can do this on the back-end (Ask me how I know) Comment from : @omnitech6103 |
Do you absolutely need Wi-Fi to make this work? Comment from : @sebastaingaming3088 |

Hopefully, this is not what I'm getting from Verizon this week I have a 5g business modem My business is located in the basement level, so cell signal is already weak The speed that I'm getting is 65-70mbps out of the estimated 200mbps brThe cable modem layout that I had before I changed to Verizon 5g Business, placed the main modem out of the way, a few meters from the door, under the table So I would need a device that could be placed near or at the door to take in, and wirelessly transmit the 5G signal to the router brIs this device simply connecting to and transmitting the signal that the faraway router is already picking up? Comment from : @pillar81 |
so, wait this is just putting your cell signal onto the wired network if you lose power it wont work because your internet will also be out Comment from : @electrohacker |
Just curious Am I better off being on 1 or 2 bars of 5G coverage, or 4 bars of 4G coverage that this device provides?brAlso, where is this stronger signal actually emanating from, the Extender box, or from my FiOS modem/router? Reason I ask is that the Extender is somewhat hidden away in a basement, with signal that would the have to travel upwards through a few floors and through concrete walls Comment from : @andygold |
Why would you need to improve network quality if you have Wi-Fi??? Like, just turn on Wi-Fi calling and call it a day There's not any reason to have this and waste the $250 for it if you need Wi-Fi I was going to get this to improve my cellphone reception, so I can use it for Hotspot, but If I need internet to use my phone to get internet, it doesn't make any sense Comment from : @jakecomeaux6908 |
Why does it need to be connected to a router when this is basically a signal booster? Comment from : @carlstrohmeyer |
How you do it with no router Comment from : @dawnjackson50 |
Your better off using wifi calling This device keeps verizon customers to use there wifi providers along with all the neighbors around Verizon has it rigged up where you can't make it a closed network The confirm button does not work so all your neighbors will be using your wifi The range says 50ft radius but that is false Comment from : @ranjeredge03 |
No one offers Wi-Fi in my area and I talked to Verizon about Wi-Fi and not having good connection they said they will send me this to help boost my phones connection but I still am not offered internet is this able to run without Wi-Fi? Comment from : @lucky7thejeep695 |
If your power goes out, you can’t connect to your extender Comment from : @CapitalDream |
Does it have to be connected to router or can it be wirelessly Comment from : @Davidgarner_ |
wouldn't just be easier to use Wi-Fi calling on all your phones? Comment from : @tgreen420 |
If your wifi goes down from a power outage you lose the extender too, extender is really the wrong word for this device, this is a micro cell tower that uses your internet as a hardliners connection to Verizon, the GPS is purely for geo location so if you dial 911 they can tell where you are Comment from : @DanielRichards644 |
I’m wondering if it uses alot of Internet use we have a limited amount any idea Comment from : @dianayoung7490 |
If my Wi-Fi goes down Can I still use the phone with the extender as a hotspot? I had no idea I needed to plug it into my router Thanks a lot for the video, I really appreciate guys like you Comment from : @droner8359 |
will a 4g network extender work with a 5g phone? Comment from : @fvg3401 |
worth every minute Thank you Comment from : @ruthconder7605 |
The satellite connections have no bearing on the cell phone connection It's merely there to give a location to the phone in case of an emergency Except for an "Error" message (6a, I believe), which can be ignored, you can use the Extender without the satellites The box of the Extender is like a cell phone tower; by going through the Internet it gives a "wired"-like signal to the towers and to the person you called, without the interference of a breakup in the signal, or structural or atmospheric conditions interruptions Comment from : @jimfay5567 |
This Verizon extender needs to connect to my home router for it to work? This makes no sense to me Comment from : @cklude12 |
Thanks very much for your presentation We have a Velop range extender from Linksys for our wifi We've been getting horrible reception and lots of dropped calls with our Verizon plan Can I add the Verizon LTE network extender plugged into the back of the router [Arris]? Will there be any interference between the two systems? A rep's suggestion was that we should upgrade to a premium account What gall! We pay enough and our problem seems to be the result of heavy tower usage in our area Verizon sent us the unit for free but I'm not sure if we can use it Comment from : @harrisorem1290 |
So not only do we have to pay for the service, but now we have to buy this? That is ridiculous Comment from : @justgritty9252 |
What is the ping and speeds with this extender? Comment from : @user-cn8dg7px6c |
Verizon SUCKS! Comment from : @rottman88 |
Is the router connection only for setup or does it need to stay plugged in forever? I'm getting "server error 5A" and I have it plugged into a router satellite but not the main internet one It's inaccessible Comment from : @rajgill7576 |
Thank you so much! Really appreciate the assistance!! Comment from : @maureenchristinemusic |
It's so dumb that you "have to have" the GPS antenna I recall ATT and T-Mobile having similar set ups (ATT had one for 3G and TMobile one with LTE) They all plugged into your router no extra antennas needed Basically they were piggybacking off your ISP to give you a signal No reason why Verizon who's also plugging into your modem/router can't do the same Comment from : @kenc3686 |
What’s the radius for this device? Will it work outside your home 100 feet away or just inside? Comment from : @WilliamWest74 |
I have the Verizon Wi-Fi and I’m wondering if this Would boost that Wi-Fi signal Comment from : @dustinroark |
Thanks! Comment from : @elduderinoakahisdudeness |
Can you lock the users able to connect with managed access? Comment from : @joeyboost50 |
Great video, very helpful I can't get past Server Error 5A -- I've tried your suggestion of putting the antenna to the window, changed router connections, but no luck, it does show 9 of 13 GPS satellites connected Cannot reach Verizon on phone and the online chat is useless -- any suggestions? Comment from : @michaeleckstut7470 |
It's on its way Do you think I can connect the Ethernet cable to a mesh access point vs the modem / router? That access point is closer to a window than the modem/router, which is in the middle of a room Comment from : @jgfinn3 |
What's the advantage of having this if you already have WiFi calling? Comment from : @RagingBad |
I just moved and have one bar I just got the extender but waiting for internet to be installed It's it best to put it in the highest level of the house? When guest come over will it connect their phones automatically if they are on Verizon? Awesome video Comment from : @mstang61 |
Great video My network extender is always stuck on "Connecting to SeGW Server, Please wait" I have spent countless hours on the phone with Verizon - do you have any suggestions with this step? I have your same modem and even tried bypassing my router and it still wouldn't get past the "SeGW" step Comment from : @rcalicu |
Thank you so much Zadius Tech! Comment from : @hawksnestvision |
Will this connect to ,y router wirelessly I have TMO ho,e internet but to get a signal my gateway is in my attic Comment from : @ChrisM-wv4gs |
What if I’m not able to get it to a window Comment from : @christianbailey143 |
Because my entire home as well as detached garage have metal siding, they both act as faraday boxes for my cellular devices I called VZW yesterday, and they actually are sending one of these units out to me for free Excited to see you had such an improvement; hopefully I see similar results Comment from : @jayson1270 |
Verizon asked me to try this because of my dropped call problem The video was great, was able to get setup easily by following it I appreciate your help with this or it would be back in the box :) I'm confused though I just bought an iPhone 13 Pro and a new 5G unlimited plan to go with it Am thinking that this device is only for 4G I did go from 2 bars to 4 bars exactly as you said though Not sure what I just did as far as 5G goes Comment from : @karenoel1 |
Should I put it on the window or next to it Comment from : @manitpatel9014 |
I have this setup it connects to 11 satellites but makes my service suck even more yes I get full bars but my service completely sucks worse with this than when I didn't have it! Junk! Comment from : @jjamm2 |
Your instructions were extremely helpful! I was able to connect but can you tell me why it still says 0/14 devices connected? Comment from : @sarazumdick7231 |
Thanks for the video!! I went from 1 or 2 bars to 5 bars 4gLte Comment from : @getdown1080p |
i got mine for $80 Comment from : @MylesTech |
Verizon is fucking stupid they sent me this for my phone and I told them didn't have home internet where i live Why the rick would they send me this if I don't have fucking internet Fuuuuuuuuckkkkk fuck fuccccckkkk fuuuuck imagine not having fucking internet in 2022 I swear to God I'm moving back into a fucking apartment so I can have internet again 😤 😑 Comment from : @daltoncollins7612 |
Your video is very concise & helpful, however, despite using the antenna, my extender never gets past the “searching for a GPS signal…” display It stays on that for hours Any idea on how I could get past this step? I’ve been in contact with Verizon but they’re useless lol Comment from : @roccstar973 |
The extender works great at my house! Finally! 🎉 Comment from : @joshuavazquez9772 |
Thank you so much! The video was very helpful! Comment from : @joshuavazquez9772 |

Just got mine, this video helped me wait out the setup Thank you! Comment from : @stephenmontgomery5807 |

Do u know how to disconnect it from wireless wifi box Comment from : @justincrum5264 |
Will it work if connected to a tp wifi range extender and do I need to be close to a window? My router is in my kitchen Will it still work Comment from : @perrykeshahwalker5321 |
If the power goes down unless you have backup power generation you’re still not going to have WiFi or the network extender or a viable phone charging solution Comment from : @donaldgray5561 |
Do I put it in the Lan or either net Comment from : @Poptarts1115 |
this video was very helpful Had nothing but connection problems and it still took a good hour brwith Verizon to get them to activate some stupid codebrNow that it’s “live” i’m back up to full strengthbrWith my luck i’ll loose internet connection next😀 Comment from : @rdmitch44028 |
I put the extender near window, not on wall or window as owner doesn't want to ruin them, but still doesn't work Is attaching it by adhesive necessary? Comment from : @carlystone5994 |
Thank You for this video was wondering were the antenna was I am going to pull the antenna out this video is very helpful Comment from : @wandasworldhaircarejourney5788 |

GREAT JOB! You did a terrific job Clear, concise, and complete Comment from : @gerrygraye5111 |

I could do without all this technology that I am forced into, now we add a call to Verizon into the mix, it becomes a waste of life Thank you, for making it easy, I would be sure to subscribe Comment from : @nancyflores244 |
Great video! I just received my lte extender from Verizon and I hope to be able to properly install it using this video Comment from : @elbori4365 |

THANKS! Never would have figured this out w/o your clear explanation!!! Comment from : @dianegibbs3716 |
I have a mobile virtual network operator that is using the Verizon towers Does the unit you have described enable WIFI calling or is it actually boosting the cellular signal? Or to described my question another way, if I disable WiFi on my iPhone, will the unit boost or provide an alternate cellular signal? Also, I am operating on Verizon Band 5 - will this work Thank you Comment from : @stevenlipps1176 |
Can you confirm something? The older network extenders one would have to call Verizon and add it to their account Is this step no longer needed? Is it just plug and play as your video suggests? Or, did you register it to your account prior to making the video? Thanks Comment from : @switz11 |
Thank God for this video!!! Spent an hour on the phone with Verizon with no resolution, but this video fixed everything in under 5 minutes!! Comment from : @krista3411 |
Thanks for helping me set up my extender This video made it easy and helped when I was getting the server error Comment from : @13ViXeN69 |
So I'm confused now because we use a Jetpack device from Verizon for our internet (no modem or router to connect to) yet they still sent me one of these, claiming it would boost the signal to the Jetpack and our phones Do I need to send it back or can this function off the same data source it's extending? Comment from : @jmay4858 |
Getting error 5A please help Comment from : @trayvo5330 |
Thank you so much we have a Verizon Extender And your video gave us more information about it, like how to check if our phones are running under the Verizon Extender Also, we didn't know that we can use this extender in case our wifi is down Last month our wifi went down for almost 18 hours, we didn't have celphone service on that long hours So next time this happens again, all we have to do is go to hotspot, is that right? And our cellphones will pick up the Verizon Extender Before, we thought the reason we can't get good service on our cellphones is due to our devices we're just 32G's, so we bought new 5G's smartphones and we still have the same problem So we called Verizon again told them our new smartphones ain't doing any better So they sent us this Extender Now we have 4 bars and good service Sometimes the LTE doesnt show but what matters is we have 4 bars and our cellphones are working good Thanks again and you have a blessed weekend! ❤️🙏 Comment from : @emilycarver5783 |
