I got robbed! My vintage Pioneer was stolebut I got a yamaha v585 for 180, klipsch kg1 autographed by Paul klipsch 75, and some klipsch m61 for 50, so for 305 I now bluetooth from you tube and hear the sweetest stereo surround sound

Your one of the best & like the way you care for music lovers in all price ranges, but most of all don't forget to look at the second hand market with people upgrading there is some good gear going at low cost I am currently selling abrOnkyo a9010 amplifier, Sony pslx300usb Turntable & Q acoustic 3020 speakers all for £160, less than 2 years old that's around 1/3 off the original price I am now a rega planar 3 owner with marantz 6007 cd & amp plus bowers & wilkins 607 s2 speakers but hope someone appreciates my old system leading them to upgrades later

Honestly i think "Audiophile" is just a word that most guys who can afford really expensive equipment label themselves Audiokarma's full of them Like "hey look at me with my Mcintosh and Wharfdales I'm an audiophile" the word usually has no real meaning to me when it's used But I think Steve is an excellent judge of audio equipment in all price ranges, and he may be one of the only guys i actually respect as an actual audiophile Actually he must be the only guy because i cannot think of another

I enjoy your videos but I wanted to ask with all your years of experience and knowledge if you know anyone on the East coast near Philly, that can honestly and expertly repair Technics equipment I have quite a few components from Technics - a pair of tower speakers, two turntables, a cd carousel, and two receivers I'm hoping to get the SA-DA15 repaired love the power and sound from it I don't use my Technics speakers since they're too large for the space I have so I use my smaller JBL tower speakers instead I'm hoping with all your years you have a large network of people you know and trust of someone or they may know of someone who does Since the pandemic, a lot of audio repair businesses no longer exist Thank you for listening I'm going to see your review of the Technics G-700, not that I can afford it, but just curious

Steve, help me out with this, please I have a pair of the Pioneer SP-FS52 towers, the center channel, and the BS-22LR's The 'matched set' includes the SW8-MK2 sub - but it's only rated from 38-250hz, while the towers are rated 40-20k Why would you use this sub if it only drops the low end by 2hz?
