Hi, I'm new to your channel and am loving your content!! I have two little ones and one problem that I often run into, if I had a cart like this with textas etc it would end up a huge mess with texta all over the walls 😆😆🙈🙈 can you please advise/make some content for sensory seekers/curious learners who love to make mess/get into everything? How does your daughter like Alpha Phonics? I use a very similar book called “Phonics Pathways” and I love it! It’s no frills, no colors, nothing “cute” but my kids really enjoy it I also have some flash cards tied with a hair tie 😂 Comment from : AW |

Thank you so much for the tips We are in a position where we now have a (spare) very small dressing room, which I have called a "school room" even though we are not using it as such as it's empty I have a 4 yr old and we tend to use most rooms for play/learning but have run out of space for our books My son is less interested in spending time at the dining table for "morning time" and wants to play after 5 mins at the table, so initially I thought a dedicated "school" room might help, just for the more formal learning as he grows - maths and LA But now I'm wondering if the room might be better served as a supplies room? How would you use a small surplus room? I could turn it into a "library" with shelves, perhaps We have zero space downstairs for a roving cart Would so welcome any suggestions! Love how clean your space is! As a homeschooling mom living with my parents it was hard not comparing myself to other homeschool moms with homeschool rooms and libraries galore! And storage for all kinds of things But I’m learning to be ok and content with not having those things and also the BENEFITS! we go to the library more often, we get out of the house more often, I have less to clean! I love it! It turned out so nice and not overwhelming at all We have a small plastic dresser, that was given to us, for our homeschool things The top drawer is my oldests curriculum, the second drawer is all the readers that is on her current level so she can pick one to read a day (or more) and the third is our flashcards and extra readers that are harder😊 Comment from : Captain |
