Andy could have gotten this over several years of christmas gifts and birthday gifts, also you can see how many presents get in toy story 1 when they are spying on Andy’s birthday Plus his mom has been through a lot and wants him to be happy, this could also be toys passed down from him from his dad who died of polio so yeah not that crazy that Andy could get all this
