If you can't do the wall kicks, do a backwards somersault onto the building with the placeholder star Next climb the brick pillar (is a bit glitchy) and you can long jump onto the buildings from the walkways

Here’s a little hint: the reason why it took him 19 seconds to get in the painting is because if you jump high in the painting water level will be high and in middle it will be medium and just a jump will low

It's funny how the level has the water level up to be able to have you climb up to the cage to get to the Town Underground but while I'm playing it the water level is not the same which can be irritating! Even though I know this is the first 3D Mario game we could have fixed it just like they did with the patches of certain levels And now I rather play the DS version which is honestly a better one
