I've been a long time Verizon customer They have turned to trash Don't believe their 5G bs Their 4G is faster And their customer service is atrocious I spoke with one of their customer service reps who barely spoke English and wasn't understanding me So she started blowing in her phone saying between breaths she was losing signal Stay away from Verizon

Switching from Mint Mobile to Verizon I bought Mint for a year at first it was okay but as more were put on 5G my data got a back seat to T-Mobile users the data was just cutting out all over the place Since T-Mobile gives primary to their customers just stinks The next problem is no domestic roaming you drive into an area where T-Mobile has no towers your only communication is to 911 can't even text or call anyone I go into the desert 4 wheeling lot as soon as you go behind a hill T-Mobile cuts out I'm going back to Verizon although the prices are so high now $65 min to get wideband 5G The streaming services I don't really need I have cable and I don't even watch that much TV How does anyone have enough time to play games, streaming services I already have google cloud backup and apple Icloud so why would I want Verizon have all that stuck in their cloud if you leave now what have to copy over 600 G of storage

She has no clue what she is talking about AT&T surpassed Verizon 3 years ago in coverage from the First net deal They have Verizon beat now by more than 70,000 square miles Also, Verizon throttles your data (ATT does not on their top plan) and they cap streaming at 720p at 4 MBPS, ATTs top plan lets you stream in 4k as much as you want!

I used to be with boost mobile I should have stayed with them I only pay $50 a month unlimited everything I even had hotspot switches to Verizon pay over 100 and something dollars each month and don’t even have a hotspot smh Bill be different each month

Well T-Mobile is killing every carrier with its 5G and its 5G speeds even with a OnePlus 8 device from 2021 I get 700 to $800 down almost everywhere in my city and about a hundred up and that's on N41 with only a hundred megahertz available on this device but my city has 140 megahertz available so my speeds would be a lot more if I had a newer devicebrbrNo I haven't tested Verizon c band but I have tested Verizon's MM Wave which is all over in the downtown areas in my city along with AT&T m mwave brbrNow Verizon's MM WAV is 1,900 down usually and AT&t's MM Wave doesn't cross more than 900 down

2023 the 5G still isn't in my town T mobile and at&t have it and so do the networks that use their towersbrI'm currently using an ESIM trial and when I switch to Verizon it says Verizon 4G LTE the rep I spoke with said it depends I'm in am area with 5G but my phone wont get it I don't know if it's the trial or cause my device is unlocked

Had Verizon for 10 plus years I’m switching to ATT Paying almost $300 a month for 6 phones ATT offering a Costco deal for $140 a month for three years after that $170 after that Plus all of Central and South America included Plus Verizon service isn’t the same from years ago Hopefully ATT service will be better 🤞🏾

I've tried two different Verizon subsidiaries and the signal sucked Plus I had dropped calls on one and the other my phone couldn't completely log into it Signal strength at my house sucked and it didn't matter what I did I'd get 1-3 signal bars and to get more I'd have to leave the house and go 25 miles in any direction towards the Interstate Highway I'm disabled and can't have that if I have to make an emergency call🤷🏼‍♂️ At my current carrier I have everything I didn't have

I like the Verizon coverage but decided to run with US Mobile unlimited basic with 40GB and 5 hotspot GB I get 5GUW and I am extremely pleased with the service and I know it’s head to head because my wife still has Verizon Play More and our Speedtest and coverage are basically identical
