Good idea with the extra storage boxes you are planning I know one thing I'D do Increase the size of the fuel tank Or add a tank But 55-gallons ain't gonna cut it Not for the remote places you're heading At 78 mpg you're basically looking for a fuel stop every 300 miles or so

These types of vehicles are good for open spaces but they don't fit the bill for the forest service roads that are narrow, heavy forested, thick brush choked roads with low hanging blow downs everywhere A shorter narrower version of these overlanders are needed

Really nice! Though I would personally probably use that secondary dinette space for comfortable laptop setup Though it could probably still work as place to eat, but one chair would be optimized for ergonomics and table set to appropriate height To me it's just really important to have comfortable place to use pc, after all even at home it's thing I use most for entertainment In fact I would probably get screen instead of tv and have it so I can move it around a bit, to use as either as laptop monitor or tv
