I waited 24 hours to get my phone activated thru verizon, I called verizon customer service 3 times I was on hold and with a rep for 4 hours and NOTHING, I end up transferring my line thru T-MOBILE and they were able to get me up running in les than 10 minutes !!!! Fyi, usm will not allow esim transfer phone to phone, must chat with them and give them the new imei2 From what  told me, only those big name carriers verizon, tmo, att will let you do transfer, otherwise u have to contact your carrier to do it I tried 5 times on my own, all failed Had to chat with usm representative to do it It’s a reactivation on the new phone, not a transfer Comment from : sundayduffer
