Hi Amber!brI have over 25 kids that I coach and train But now I am interested in doing so full time as they have requested such Would it be more beneficial if I had a LLC or perhaps a 501c to enhance the capabilities of my profits, equipment, and space/gym? As of now we only compete in leagues But we want to turn this is into a travel team So I’ve come up with a name and logo and designs jerseys but upon the checkout for the jerseys I stumbled across your video and thought to myself, “perhaps I shouldn’t be spending this much out of my own pocket” Help please

We have a benefit system called Universal creditbrAs a 50 something guy I have tried many kind of jobsbrBut over the years my health is tricky I have leg infection/blood clot and of late breathlessness NOT great for an employerbrBut I did start doing a hobby which gets me out and about but the last year with COVID19 meant there was no where to loo breaksbrI went to collect a truck collection from a guy I said what kind of work he do He said courier I was shocked what his weekly income was for that week 4 figures £1234 little more than that I was excitedbrAs I love driving I actually do not make any profit within my efforts this saddens me but if I get my fuel costs back I feel I have helped someonebrIn return the customer I deliver for gives me feed back on how I performed on said delivery and sometimes this overwhelms me it gives me a purpose in lifebrNot everything is about incomebrMy actual costings monthly are somewhere around £250 per month before fuel But also maintaining the vehicle's I use I had my estate car which I bought outright but repaired as funds was availablebrThe van a different storybrHow can I explain to our English credit system that I do an occasional delivery (health permitting) charge a figure that will cover the fuel I usebrLast year my total cash was £215340 my van total cost per year is £214968(not including road tax and insurance) or fuel costbrAnd I believe with restrictions I did 61 hours with deliveries on board my own time driving backbrI do research all the time I spend upwards of 20 minutes in every couple of hours doing job bids something to keep my active in maths i use map references to as part of my system In A Proper job environment you could employ 4 people easilybrvan driver and drivers matebrOffice lady brAnd a route planner to make a team player systembrMy experience has been working for a mainstream blue chip company called ecouriers I believe its an American companybrHope you find this message interesting as I did this video and I really hope you can give me further info to expand on or to feel i am doing it fairly

So if you start your own non profitin order to be paid (after first acquiring your board members—who are volunteers and will make all the decisions about your non-profit)you need to make sure you have a harmonious relationship with thembecause they are going to be deciding if they want to hire you and how much they want to pay you? Not confusing at all ! ! I’d really like to say your video is of value to a lay-personbut it does a poor job of making clear how this works
