I had my first son 4 years ago and I knew I wanted to be with him until he started school I left my day time job because they wanted to give me 4 weeks of maternity leave When my baby turned 6 months I went to work a third shift job so I can watch him during the day fast forward he starts preschool Friday and I’m transitioning to day time again I’m glad I didn’t miss any specials moments thus far ❤

It needs to be spelt out to fathers that the mother of their children needs to be fully supported in the full time mothering of their children in a safe and secure environment If she prefers a career and the comforts of coporate or academic life let her off Dont choose her as the mother of your children dropping them off in their pyjamas to some childcare institution for 10 hours per day If you can't afford to do this just don't father children Get off gameing, fapping and chasing and committ to safeguarding your family or just leave it until you are ready Young men today have weaponised social media against their communities by exploiting and chemicalising the young girls and women for their narrscistic gratifications Is that old fashioned of me??

This video is really enlighteningI'm 32 and have 4 kids, 1 who isn't my husbands , and for years I'd work while he worked off and on but mostly stayed home with the kids (Vent Excuse me) Now we have moved and been living in a new town for 2 years now, he started off working a job, but he would after a week not like it anymore and quit So I started working, but in the mist off working so much and trying to maintain our financies I was neglecting dissaplining my oldest daughter(not my husband's child) and it has now caused a rift between him and I because even though now I'm not working (just going to school online and he's just now-months later- starting to get a job) I've started trying to pick back up soully dissaplining my oldest moreBut I'm finding it honestly a little difficult, because my parents, my dad left when I was 10 and my mom acted moreless like an older sister than a mother to me, I'm finding myself searching for guidance through people and Youtube videos on how to CORRECTLY disapline my oldest daughter and close this rift its put between my husband and ISo thanks really for this video it was really enlightening :)

You’re only a child for a short amount of time You can recite all the literature you want of how great giving them responsibility is but you’re still cutting the older sibling’s childhood short by having them watch the younger siblings You have to have been an oldest child in a large family yourself—a female, to really understand And being and oldest female in a hispanic household is a whole other level of responsibility I juggled teething siblings and doing my homework while other kids my age were playing tag outside

I was a stay at home dad with my daughter till she was 5 and now I am back in the job field and my daughter is turning 7 really soon brbrMy current job allows me to see my kid 6 days a week ( I am divorced) but I barely keep up with the bills lately and I just got a job offer It’s significant more money but I will only be able to see my daughter physically 6 days a month if I take the job brbrI’m sooo confused Secure financial future or stay barley paying the bills but able to see her 6 days a week

I was a single parent and not by choice Like lots of other people, I felt guilty and tried to overcompensate, which of course was a mistake My adult child is now 34 and has told me that I was overprotective and smothered her, she criticises my parenting and is subsequently distant from me, in every way I have accepted that I made lots of mistakes but my intentions were benevolent brbrMy only advice to people raising a child on their own is very simple, you do not need to overcompensate for the other parents' absence/ lack of interest Take it easy on yourself and you will in turn be a better parent because you will not be so stressed DO NOT love anybody ( and that includes your child) more than you love yourself It is not necessary I realise all of this with the wisdom of hindsight Very important to show the child that you respect and love yourself and that you have needs This teaches children and later the adult, to love themselves without becoming self-centred and of course to love other people, which is a vital part of just being human!!!

No 4there is a criticism about only having one child This opinion is extremely idealistic and feels judgemental If one is divorced, , a single household, cannot conceive anymore etc etc, there isn't much one can do to change the circumstances I feel its better very judgemental and potentially makes parents feel bad, so find another way to voice your opinion because it is only your opinion!!!!!

My parents were excellent at raising my siblings and I Now with my own on the way, I am so looking forward to raising capable, contributing humans I think one of the best things my parents did was always stay busy with their own projects, but found ways to include us kids We did everything as a family Building a new home, yard work, building fires, eating at the table together, cleaning out the car, buying groceries, planting in the garden, etc We were always a team During my middle and high school years my parents owned a property on a lake with only a shed We brought our camper there and spent every weekend in the summer together at the lake Every weekend, for years No electronics Only bonfires, lake toys, four wheelers, dirt bikes, a trampoline, books, board games, and lots of friends It was the best parenting move My parents enjoyed the respite and relaxation and us kids were raised being outside, often bored and dirty, but loved and valued as an important part of the family We were always a team I share this to encourage others! I know now all of the things my parents had to say no to (sports activities, summer classes, exotic vacations, zoo trips, etc), but in the end what they said yes to was way better

I tried to speak wisdom to my kids at this age As they aged, I tried to offer a viewpoint of grounded thought when they encountered radical ideas on tv or online I didn't think I could keep them off of negative influences, but I was home with them, I was present, and I was aware of what they encountered I just tried to be the voice of wisdom Now, in their 30s, they love me but they find me clueless Nothing I said to them mattered They laud my willingness to listen and they value my company but they have embraced all the idiocy of this world

Well here goesbrI have been a father for 6 years now for my Lil one mom me are separated our Lil one lives with mom and here on weekends Our Lil ones mother is losing grip on her two older kids they threaten to call cps on her why I don't know, as I was told from her is that cps has been coming around to speak to her about what I don't know Courts do not seam to care about that as long as our one child is being supported by mom and me, me from child support and her as she says is none of my business what goes on there And I do not need to worry about it, now cps is not there just to say hi and be on there way no I'm worried about our youngest child But as she says I'm not to be in her business what goes on there I'm in a rock and a hard place I know I'm probably not making sense of this

I try to be the best mom I try to take my son out but when I tell my sons dad let’s take him to the park he would say no I’m tired and just stays playing video games When it comes to meal time I grew up in a home where my father would make us eat on the table and pray before eating I don’t force praying on my child but I tell my son and his dad let’s eta on the table like a family but my sons dad refuses he goes to the couch turns on the tv and my sons tries to follow but i tell him no come eat at the table with momma and my son does I love this video

Spend ton of time doing ,playing, making, travelling, creating, building Best years of our life's till they went to college and started building life for themselves Don't regent a thing! Yes, my career was over, but I gained SO much love that nothing can ever replace Love that will last forever Love they will give their own children and their childrens children
