We probably same age Bought my first condo at 26 as a bank foreclosure for 75k I didn't even what that meant The property was a construction defect and the hoa was broke Kept that place for 10 years and sold it for 400k Fast forward today, I have 3 apartment complexes with 805 units Sold them off during covid I had no clue what I was doing, but learned along the way Just bought tesla at 130 and I almost doubled m 7 figure investment in 6 months Meanwhile both my wife and I still work Not because we have to, but because we want too Both of us came from dirt poor families We took MASSIVE action You can do it!

I admire the financial independence of people, But you can live better if you work a little more After watching this I think there are people out there, on the extreme, who plan to die early just to be able to retire early To each their own but to me retirement isn't just about not having to work, it's about having the freedom to do whatever you might reasonably want, such as travel, buying things, enjoying life, etc I don't think I could retire with less than $3m in income generating investments, maybe $2m at the very minimum I plan to work until I'm at least 45

Just would like to know more about that transition from 1st FHA home to rental property by buying your 2nd home: Did you use a property management company to run/rent that 1st house out , find the tenants, and charge/collect the rents (since you didn't know how yet), and did you buy the 2nd house with usual 20 down? Thanks

The key is having a decent salary, so you can get approved for a loan I wasn't making a lot of money However, I was approved for my first FHA loan, moved out, and it's now a rental I might purchase one more rental, and just monetize my website, continue investing in tbe stock market I also started buying treasury bonds I will be set once I retire😊
