I'm curious, how do these recruitment agencies make their profit when they refund IELTS,CBT, pay for osce,flight, visa, accommodation etc But when one get the job direct from a trust, most of these are not given to the individual by the trust I mean the relocation package of most trust is quite different from that of recruitment agancies, why?
