I might want know fully your video if I have not gone through this entire process brI have gone through civil engineering, architectural engineering, Geo technical engineering, Structural engineering and permitting process with city Altogether took me 2 years to get my home Constraction permits It’s ready to apply with Bank to start construction Getting GC Quote’s will be different than 2 years ago because city has changed my primary plans to follow city regulations
