Site managers are paid more, but have lots of responsibility, but your their for the life of the project, if your contracting you can earn serious amounts of money but it's not all about money its about if u can come to work happy QS is more office job, whereas the site manager will go to the site and inspect health and safety, guild the workers on how they should build what their still is such as bricklayers ect QS is their making sure that while the life of the project materials ect are at cost and much more Comment from : Raj |
