I have 18 copper 1920 pennies Comment from : Peatro Chancy |
|
I have a 1920 that’s got the wood grain look, it a Philly coin and shows a color that’s almost gold in tone It’s in fairly nice condition for the age just worn down on the high spots I also found a 29 that’s in exceptional condition for the age it shines to a mirror again with a bright gold color Very minimal wear How can I get a couple of these coins looked at by someone such as yourself without sending them to PCGS unless advised to? I started saving any coinage that I find in pocket change that is pre 1970, and have found myself to have quite a tidy little collection in the 10 or so years since I started Thanks for your great videos, I have been able to learn quite a bit since I started watching them 🙏😎 Comment from : Ray Scotti |

I have a ton of 1940's and 1950's wheat penny (four peanut butter jars packed full) ! They came from an auction and (according to the "history") some old lady, who got a penny in change would just stick them in the jars Nearly every one of them are still in "RED" condition, since she didn't handle them - except for sticking them into the jar brbrI also have SOME 10's, very few 20's and some 30's , but they aren't as in good of shape as the old lady's coins (really wish I knew her name!) ! These other wheat pennies were just in Ziploc bags - not an air tight jar, like the lady's coins! Plus I'm sure they were handled more than hers as well! brbrBTW - I checked No DD pennies from 1955 😖 ! Comment from : Robert Aviles |
