I never believed in this kind of stuff until very recently But now I can relate to it brbrMy story goes like this I have switched jobs many times and each time I ended up taking on a completely different role and function In different domains It eventually resulted in a situation that after 14 years when I started looking for a change no one would offer me a job at that senior position because my overall exp was diverse and I was no longer in a position to apply for a specific role Struggled with this for close to 4 years until I figured out which was the role I could most sensibly target although it was distant When I had that clarity I started working towards it by preparing myself and started thinking like I was one Fake it till u make it It finally happened And I got a job with role that I wanted I still have a long way to go but at least I course corrected and seem to be on right path
