This guy is a historian when talking about US service-men deaths quoting numbers as far back as as 1983 when it comes American lives while the US blatantly assassinated Iranian scientists and generals and millions of civilians in the wars it created The ICJ decision and US refusal to abide by it shows that all these US-created institutions(UN, ICC, ICJ, etc) were apparatuses set up by the US to solely serve its self interest Not only that, it is another example of a rogue state that does not follow international law even as it quotes it as an excuse to interfere with the rest of the world
