This is such an important factor! Resiliency and intrinsic motivation will help you succeed through all of the highs and lows of further education I think the medical school interview is the perfect time for intrinsic motivation and drive to shine through Hollistic admissions combining standardized test scores, challenges to learning, unique experiences/perspective, and intrinsic motivation through the statement and interview is the way to go!
