Although the content is useful, Miss Karen could improve on her communication skills If you want to be considered an authority on a topic or be understood as someone who is confident on a subject, be mindful of your inflections at the end of a sentence When I hear someone ending a sentence with the sound of a question where a question mark doesn't belong I am left to believe that the person speaking is not sure of their own message and it places a burden on me to trust that they know what you are talking about Be clear, speak to the point and end the sentence with confidence Otherwise, your messages is doubtful and confusing for your listeners regardless of the content And try not to cough and say um so many times Thank you Comment from : Grace Power |
