I've found the same kind of journals at Dollarama for $2, a lot of what you say makes cents (little money pun) I find that if we try a new recipe it costs a lot of $ for new ingredients and spices that we most likely will never use again But sometimes if you do some investigating you can substitute ingredients for things you already have or will use in other recipes, ie pomegranate molasses can be substitute with raspberry jam Comment from : Laura Maillie |

I love your videos and have learned a lot from you I noticed your bread recipe and love it It is very similar to one that has come down in my family You do a great job When ever our family gets together, we have a lot of fresh vegetables and chips for an appetizer or first course I would love to see a video on making dips that are healthy and inexpensive I have seen hummus for as much as 400 for a container Hummus is just pureed chickpeas or garbanzos It is really cheap to make and can have a lot of flavors Please do a snack video with homemade hummus!!
