First let me state that I am an established real estate developer (and a licensed broker) Our current project spans over 100 ac and over 100 single family homes This video made some good points but there is NOTHING easy about being a developer (and no, flippers are not developers) You have to have the stomach and finances to endure monumental setbacks and delays You also have to be able to stay humble when you hit a home run If you are interested in really learning the business, you have to be in it to win it

understanding local zoning laws as in all of different regulations involved with building anything lengths of streets lot coverages size of lots that you can have are there wetlands many many questions like this learn zoning regulations get familiar with zoning wetlands and subdivision regulations and any town that you're thinking about doing something like this save yourself from buying an undevelopable piece of property
