If you reach master painter and level 10 painter career you get a call from the city to make 15 paintings and bring it to them I did that and got about 750,000 simoleans just from that alone And when I became a write made about 150k a week from royalties It was amazing!

Inventor <3, looking in bins for scrap has a chance of finding tiberium, 1 tiberium gem can make you around 120k, pretty rare though but since you can get that much money day one it can be pretty worthwhile
