I totally agree with Charnice, stay away I have a problem applying the card a year after purchasing (I deposited $100 and thought I lost it) Now to get a help you need to email them (no phone number) with receipt copy (no pdf files), back of the actual moneypak card and retailer name and time of the transaction up to a second or it doesn't let you submit the claim WTF with that?

I see you recorded this for 2 years but I'm so angry about this card I'm going tell my story where ever I can! I will try to hit the points only Never heard of this card, I did a friend a favor I hate cash app which is another thorn in my side( There is a point) Reluctantly I reinstalled cash app to send $ but didn't know where the barcode was to do that so my friend said get the moneypak card what a waste of hours of my life I will never get back I didn't know it doesn't come with a card and you have to register before adding money I put the $90 on it at the register at Walgreens when I bought it Forget calling anybody getting any help from the website forget anything you could possibly do to reach a live person I could reach someone by accident but when the woman started to talk to me she realized oh my God it's a real person and she hung up on me if it wasn't illegal to kill somebody I would kill my friend I am so angry you have no idea what hell I am going through to figure this out stay away from this card

They scammed me to Green dot should be sued with a class action lawsuit Taking people's hard earned money but the customer it seems is powerless to do anything about it How do authorities allow this to continue Wtf!!!! I will NEVER buy another Moneypak card I needed that money at the time

The card itself is a scam If you try to get the money you put on the card back, it says it can't activate the card They keep everything
