Shutterfly oftentimes have “free 10 thank you cards”, along with free shipping so I grab them and send thank you cards with a brief handwritten note to my buyers If I have some mints I’ll throw a couple in there too, and the appreciation for those small extra steps have been shown through the reviews I’ve received I love to make it special and contribute to the positive experience that I hope that person will have from getting a chance to enjoy that garment as much as I did at some point

I have sold a lot (and also bought a lot second hand) for many years It's fun to sell and sometimes I really find cute pieces But overall it is time consuming and mostly financially not worth it (when selling, but also buying is often a hit and miss) So I'm motivated to buy less in the first place We will see how that goes 😀

The taxes involved , here in Brazil are indecent Online plataforms stay with about 25 plus a sponsorerd value for shipping Many people overprice because they don't think " it's a 2nd hand!!!" They seek profit 🙄 or not loosing at least Sometimes I get a little frustrated about that but I'm fine so far

Thank you for a great video and all the tips! I use an app called "Vinted", which is quite popular here in the Czech Republic and parts of Europe What I also do (apart from a note) is to add those little sachets that I got from Sephora, as a little thank you present for the buyer I actually never used those sachets and they were just pilling up in my closet and after staring to declutter it just felt wrong to throw them away :) Good luck with everything and looking forward to the next one!

You made a great point - don’t expect to make money from reselling your clothes I feel like a lot of the times I overestimate how much things should sell for when in fact it’s better to let it go to a good home while getting SOMETHING in return brbrPS Love all the items I bought from you - they are still in such great shape and I haven’t stopped wearing them since I got it (besides the shorts, unfortunately not quite shorts weather yet in TO!)

This has literally been my life since the beginning of the year, everything is so familiar in this video! I've sold about 150 items on ebay so far, quite alot left to go but they are listed now at least, so the hard work is done Will have to accept lower offers to get them sold Have you ever sold stuff on ebay and if so how is depop different? The fee structure sounds the same

I'm also selling my stuff on a German second hand app called 'Kleiderkreisel' I usually go for old shoe boxes to sell my stuff If I don't have any boxes at home I'll go to a shoe store and ask for empty boxes So ich can save money and reuse some packaging that will be thrown away otherwise
