Ive been supporting our family for years My husband convinced me into investing in a camper to rent out as a start to creating our own business Since ive had tge income and credit, it was understood that i was the investor and he was suppose to do the deliveries, set up, and clean, before next rental I was supposed to be involved in the account part, bookings, and moneyto grow business He made sure i was locked out of everything The rental site and the money was going straight to his account Now he wants me to invest in another business idea He clearly as a narcissist does not know how to communicate or have respect for me Im thinking he will do the same thing The deal fell through, so im wondering if I should take it as a sign to start something on my own

Started and llc with my partner Negotiated our roles My partner did the loan solely himself on a Quad I did all the work It’s been 3 years and I haven’t received a dime for getting the business operating and created some ideas to increase profits and lower costs Shortly put, the units were going for $650 per month now it 1050 per month All units have been up and running bringing income most of the period Money was transferred from the business account and used to start another business and add a gym to his home I’m in financial difficulties but can afford a lawyer What should I do? He called a said he’s selling the building and he’ll pay me no set amount How do I handle this?

I am convinced the business owner i work for is a full blown narcissist Totally delusional about the company’s abilities while also being in denial about the numbers HE broke down that showed they’re operating at a net negative of 23m… while owing every single employee about 6-8 weeks of pay Total salesman towards everyone who questions things or feels hesitant and sells sells sells the open positions to new aloof applicants When things are bad enough where everyone is coming for them, they say it’s the employees lack of productivity that is causing the business to fail I have encountered many people in my life who showed narcissistic tendencies but this is the first time i am about 98 sure this man is an ACTUAL narcissist

I walked away from the business that I built and invested everything into, I had no choice, I couldn’t take the abuse any longer! She is refusing to release me from the LLC I am on my second attorney, who seems like they actually understand how to play the game She’s threatening to destroy my credit now because she spent all the money and can’t repay SO EVIL! This occurs with one of my business partners I was never 100 trusting of him But another partner and myself confronted him yesterday (which he couldn't navigate so easily) and to my surprise, he claimed he was holding up his end and nobody has to cover for him I lost it and yelled, had I not covered, we would have lost the deal In that moment, I knew what we are dealing with Now, the other two partners and myself have to figure out how to remove him

ugh 😢 My ex mother-n-law two deals (seperate) done near each other not realizing what she does or who she is! Im probably going to need an attorney before its all said and done in johnson county, Tx if you know any? brbrI divorced her son So two deals gone bad All Im asking for is for her to follow through both times! She seems like she scams people she loves law suits brI am praying about it one is business one was property deal she came up with some of it but in her end she refuses to follow through period and the sad thing is she came to me on obe amd manipulated through my ex on the other ugh ugh ugh! brbrI dont want to see her, I dont want her knowing my contact information Ive remarried to my college love and I haven't had to deal with her in over two years Now she wants to sell the property the title lawyers told her she cant without me because I was smart enough to put our deal in the sprcial warranty deed and they saud without me signing a new deed she cant sell I will sign a new deed as long as title pays me our deal 1/4 at sell or if she passes or what the court allows I lut that in there funny thing is she came up with the 1/4 and if she passes She defaulted our deal to begin with!

I just got out of a narcissist business,,, my lawer won me back my invested money, it wasn't my business partner himself with the narcissism but his girlfriend, (but he was in on the scam tho) to think she was a Dr and clinical psychologist who works with children is simply terrifying But that's what they do, use their title as leverage to exploit good people Massive lessons learnt , trust your intuition at the start

When my former malignant Narc business partner was not taking the credit for my work he was withholding, pursuing other ventures, triangulating me with employees and investors In order to support his trophy wife he pushed for costly expansion and I wound up taking on ALL of the business debts It ended very badly Don't ignore red flags get out as fast as you can! If I could I would sue for breach of fiduciary duty

Been waiting for a video like this for a while You have to constantly be on the defensive which is incredibly draining Never appreciated any of the work I put in Almost put me in severe debt if I didn't stand my ground I'm so glad he discarded me from the business and I managed to get out without losing everything I do have a question Is it even worth trying to take a narcissistic business partner to court to recover damages or is it better to just leave it be and move on?

It's also very common within management in Corporate America They do what I call "hide," whereby they appear busy, but, don't work Yet, they make sure to receive all the credit My direct manager who had a team of 8 reps would never reach out to us, communicate, or even return calls She would pull up in her Mercedes, prance to her desk w/ her LV purse & LV brief bag, have her coffee & off to lunch w/ "the girls" for the rest of the day In addition, would Gaslight us of either losing or never submitting client's checks to our Admin that were actually submitted & signed off on We would constantly go back to our customers for another check
