Hello, could you do another video of places to park cash for short term to get decent interest rates It’s November 2022, and with Fed raising rates, I’m thinking there could be opportunities
Comment from : charles coyle

Pineapple Pizza
What about putting it into stable coins like Tether or USD coin? They have much better APY rates than banks, although I'm sure it is not without risks
Comment from : Pineapple Pizza

steve benson
T-Mobile money 4 APY on the 1st $3000 (1 above that) if you are a T-Mobile cellular customer and you make 10 purchases per month 1 for non-customers with no limits or purchase requirements Open up an account for each member of the family on your T-Mobile account ($3k for you and $3k for the wife / husband and maybe $3k for the kid(s) all at 4)

Jefferies Uenukuterangihoka
The hardest issue for most investors is stomaching a loss in their investments And because the stock market can fluctuate, you will have losses occur frequently You’ll have to steel yourself to handle these losses, or you’ll be apt to buy high and sell low during a panic
Comment from : Jefferies Uenukuterangihoka

D L
Sorry, but Axos Bank has TERRIBLE RATES!
Comment from : D L

Michael Williams
If you make 1 you are still losing 8 in purchasing power due to inflation

Comment from : John Carr

Kris Krispy
Why no BSV or SHY??? Thanks
Comment from : Kris Krispy

Jared Cannata
Any thoughts on M1 Finance? 1 APY on a spend account that also gives cash back, and a great place to do investing as well
Comment from : Jared Cannata

BHIG SHAMAN
"Current" is paying 4 APY in their Savings feature up to $6,000 That's the only catch I can see -- that and that they can change the rate at any time, although I would assume the next rate they changed to would still be way above what most big banks are paying I've been enjoying it thus far and have had no problems with it
Comment from : BHIG SHAMAN

manuvns
M1 finance and sofi pays good

For most cases of "timing the market" savings accounts not relevant since not applicable for IRA401K investment options I was expecting something like conpro for different bond ETFs or something like it
Comment from : Serg Pomytkin

What are your thoughts on Municipal Bond Funds for the state that you live in? Are they too risky for an Emergency Fund?
Comment from : John Almonte

Avern Vrey
Worthy's - allowance for loan losses - is very high Looks like a lot of the small businesses they lent to were hit very hard due to covid Also, management has attached a going concern note to the most recent financials, indicating they may not last the next 12 months When the audited financials come out it may be even worse
Comment from : Avern Vrey

Testa
What do you think about lifetime annuities that pay a fixed amount for life? Seems pretty good for a senior

Comment from : Sunshine

Pradeep Kumar
Citi Bank pays 50 basis point on high yield savings account Capital one pays 40 basis points Amex and many other banks pay in that order I would better park my money in a big bank, like Citi, and still get 05 interest rate rather than Internet Apps, like Chime etc, which also pay 05
Comment from : Pradeep Kumar

CFH
What about HNDL It aims to pay a 7 monthly dividend with a 1 expense ratio I have held it about a year and the monthly dividends have mostly been on target Maybe you can do a video about how HNDL would fit into a portfolio??
Comment from : CFH

neuroron
I have held and increased investment in Worthy Bonds for over a year No problems Only things is, they are approved for $50M worth at a time It has been many moths since they sold out the last batch The SEC has been way behind in approvals They have three batches under approval now I was putting in $300 per week - this time I will just buy a really big batch The other slight negative is that for large sums it can take up to 30 days to get your money so a tad less liquid than savings accounts etc
Comment from : neuroron

Warren R Johnson
Your short term investment video raises a question for me Will any of these allow internet accessibility from outside the US? I know that Axos will not Any suggestions? Thanks!
Comment from : Warren R Johnson

Sid Walker
Looking for best short term (12 to 24 months) places to park my $$'s which does not require direct deposit
Comment from : Sid Walker

Kevin Rehberg
Todays CD market has been getting more and more friendly to the beginning investor by offering extremely low early withdrawal penalties I have one institution that only charges 90 day interest EWP on 5 year CDs earning 130 but what if you've had the CD for say two years??? You have given up 1/8th of the interest benefit to capture a good deal your EF or investment stash was intended forThere is also a CU that offers 3 1 year CDs with the add-on option but it too required direct deposit so I transferred one of my pension to them and I also met the other qualifying standards
Comment from : Kevin Rehberg

Randy Chestnut
Rob, I would be very interested in your thoughts on how to invest your bond position at this time Thank you
Comment from : Randy Chestnut

Love your advice I do want to know should a person who is in the stock market have a portfolio that helps protect your investment Such as notes, gold, silver, bonds, etc Also would love to hear your thoughts on Cashflow Also can’t wait to possibly meet you at Berkshires annual share holders meeting🙂
Comment from : Seth Quinn

*Steven Morris
Random question but in theory, for those banks that say "you cannot exceed XY amount," does that pretty much mean that if the limit was 5K and I earned $50 that month, I'd have withdraw the $50 because leaving it in there would have my balance now $5050; therefore making me no longer eligible pretty much instantly unless I take out what was paid?
