IF you house buy when conditions are bad and interests rates are high This information will not help you You can't fix stupid There was a window a few years back when it was time to jump You missed it Now you wait Real estate is crashing The economy is crashing, banks are failing As people lose their jobs, the miss their mortgage payments and the flood of houses will start The rich will buy all the deals You will not get those In the crap left over, when you try to get financing, unless things improve (what the fed) you will find you cannot There is no easy solution Timing matters

I tell you story , I am live in Chicago, and I am looking house to buy in tenesse, I have house in Chicago sell 390, everything done already closing will this week, I am looking some body help for loan in tenesse, and my agent tell me, he good guy ,and nice guy, I just send him tax income for 1 year and he said i am not approve for loan, i said I can go with no income, more down payment, and he said that not illegal, he not working with that, (all federal regulations at our company and stated loans on primary residences are illegal not only in Tennessee, but the whole country unless you are borrowing from other sources such as private ) that how he said , I don't have high income but I bought 2 house aldredy, with chase bank mortgage, and I down 20 with out income I am not sure how is different but house in teneesse
