I don't normally do this but 8 and 9 seem patently wrongbrbrScrooge's father did not teach him to "get them before they get you" He taught him to not be as trusting and Scrooge's philosophy is "be tougher than the toughis and sharper than the sharpies, and to make it square" Now that doesn't mean he's a saint, the scene at the Titanic is from the story "The Empire Builder from Calisota" where we do see a more dishonest and darker Scrooge to be sure but that story is in itself part of a grander story

I saw a lot of inaccuracies and mistakes in this video The biggest one to note was the segment covering Scrooge McDuck being aboard the the Titanic Obviously, the person following Scrooge is not a guard on the ship He is a character called Bombie the Zombie He's actually carrying a VooDoo doll, not a gun In the comics, it's revealed that Scrooge McDuck was so bitter of dealing with people trying to get the best of him, that he shamelessly engaged in shady business deals When he was in Africa, he couldn't strike a deal to buy the land of some African villagers, the leader was able to see right through Scrooge's trickery Scrooge mocked their gods and went into a tirade The leader had him tied up, humiliated and cast out of the village In a fit of rage, Scrooge went to the closest outpost, hired a gang of thugs and came back to the village to raze it down to the ground and beat up the villagers To top it off, Scrooge put on a disguise and posed as a concerned samaritan and fooled the village leader into signing over the land to him, making the leader believe that Scrooge wouldn't get the land When the village leader found out what he had done, he cursed Scrooge to be followed by Bombie for the rest of his life In fact, Bombie was trapped in that iceberg that struck the Titanic Scrooge surmised that Bombie's persistence to catch him literally dragged the iceberg into the path of the ship So Scrooge shares the blame for the ship sinking in the first place
