I'm a card counter as well as a casual speedrunner That's a bad comparison of the two tbh Card counting generally gives the player a 1 advantage over the casino (more if you use the advanced deviations as well) This is if you make no counting mistakes, use perfect basic strategy, and use a perfect bet spread Rigging the RNG in speedrunning gives you a 100 chance of saving time using tactics that wouldn't otherwise be obtainable Not saying it's cheating or anything, but card counters like myself have winning streaks and losing streaks and win in the long run after 1,000s of hours of play based on a small advantage This tactic allows you to save time everytime as long as you don't make a mistakebrbrSorry, but the comparison is terrible IMO, as one is guaranteed without human error, and the other take 1000s of hours of play to guarantee a win in the long term with a slight advantage
