Royal Mints premiums are high however, when it comes to re-sale, there's no better bullion dealer to have bought from

Hey the royal mint compared to the us mint is great lower prices than the us and you have cooler coins like Sherlock Holmes Winnie the pooh and James bond In the us we are lucky to get state quarters butthe 50 p coins are so cool

I think the RM must be the most expensive online site in the UKI never buy from them The only worse ones are those TV adverts that want you to buy a quarter sovereign for £200 !

2:06 you say its a private entity Then next sentence say its a government entity Then say its private again What? About: “The Royal Mint is a government owned company We are committed to providing a financial return to the UK government in line with agreed targets” —— Its NOT private

Yes is the simple answer!! But they are also incredible opportunity,s to make money from them so it's swings and roundabouts really I suppose my best tip for earning money from the mint is get proofs of coins on zero mintage years like the 2018 shield 10p at £999 and 2018 20p proof coin zero cerculation years always great investment,s currently £20 , and then low mintage coins anything below 12 is worth collecting right now 2018 but more importantly 2019,s a-z ten pence coins are future high earning coins with mintage of 220k for 2018 and just under 90k 2019

SOUNDWAVEMAN
Wish the mint would do base metal proofs for around £25 so you’ve got something in between BUNC and Silver ProofbrbrEg 2019 Sherlock Holmes brbrBUNC = £10 = Very Affordable brbrBase Metal Proof = £25 = Affordable brbrSilver Proof = £55 = Not as Affordable brbrGold Proof = £980 = Not very Affordable at all

Mr Backyard Bullion, coins from Royal Mint, Royal Canadian Mint and Singapore Mint are the most beautiful things around Besides the usual we talk about on every other forum, the editions like the ones you show are spectacular I wish I could go crazy like Mr Shadow Stacker and buy everything The collections (like the UK 50p) and their similar from the other 2 mints blow my mind away
Comment from : Ziegen Sauger

Actually, I'm quite nervous buying RM bullion, sight unseen The Queen's face seems to get rubbed when the coin pops out of the press I buy all my RCM products in person to avoid quality problems Were those milk spots I spotted on your 10 ounce Queen's beast? They are beautiful coins, however
Comment from : MétéoMan

rox dude
I guess thed had a few flops and bad press as well so they gonna flog the good to the death After all government really a business for profit just like local councils aremore miss than hit imo per of coins they do I liked lunar series but look what they did to it Virtual kilked it off The beast you just don't kniw whats next or when and makes it hard to plan I want a dragon proof for my dragon collection but would help to know when Maybe it adds to the hype being on different schedules

D Wings World
I have never had any problems with the mint, but there are always cases where they stretch it out a bit thin However, they do have to make enough money in order to be a player world wide and to develop and increase their presence Thanks for the great video!!
Comment from : D Wings World

Mikee Vee
Still trying to fix the issue with my card to finish that order

FOSSIL METALS
Being a commercial entity I guess the more of each coin they make the cheaper the run becomes They have to make enough to operate at the end of the day I think it's just a shame the design and production quality recently has been so questionable Very easy to rant on interesting subject, cheers byb
Comment from : FOSSIL METALS

Tomokos Enterprize
I believe the same problem exists here in Canada Their and our are both private gov institutions I find everything overpriced Even so called pocket change is offered in rolls at twice the price This has me primarily stacking for weight and unique silver

Stacker Noob UK
Yes they are in my opinion They really should have limited the QB mintages, and the prices they charge for the Beatrix Potter coins are outrageous, lets be honest
Comment from : Stacker Noob UK

Argentum Spartus
Great video, I like that they produce a variety of different coins and series!
Comment from : Argentum Spartus

kernel1949
Too many Mints making too many different series It don't seem to be about the Coin it's more about the money they can make
Comment from : kernel1949

Ray Knapp
Nice topic! In reality they are doing nothing different than any other company, be it government or private! Thanks for the video!!
