I bought a visa giftcard from vons and when i went home the numbers on the card were scratched off even the 3 digit number yet the visa card was in like a plastic cover seal thingy so how tf did that happen luckily i got a replace card and got to still spend money online

We just gifted a Home Depot gift card that was purchased at a Fred Meyer store for $100 When they used it, there was only 17 cents in the card We went back to Fred Meyer where we purchased it They said they are aware of that problem They did not refund our money, but gave us a phone number to call I will report this to our local law enforcement and our local news stations And, no more gift card purchases from us from here and on until a better system can be put in place to avoid this problem
