You could move slowerbrFirst four and both Chinese are fakesbr1:46 A copper as honoring the divine (deceased) Caesar Augustus These were issued by several fist century AD rulers starting with Tiberius but you need a more clear reverse to be surebr1:56 Roman Republican copper as Janus/ship's prow signed by moneyer SAX over the prowbr2:08 Philip I sestertius 241-247AD I might get the reverse but that would require research that you can do Look at all the Philip sestertii online and find those letters with the standing figurebr2:15 Domitian as Moneta reversebr2:28 A Spanish Provincial bronze probably of the third century but I failed to make out the name around the portrait With work, you can get this onebr2:38 probably medieval and not my thingbr2:42 Greek bronze with head of Zeus but I could not make out the reverse Many cities made things like this so finding it will not be easybrSkip some later coins that I do not knowbr3:06 Constantius II son of Constantine the Great struck before his father diedbr3:15 Islamicbr3:19 Constantine II another son of Constantine the Great and brother of 3:06 There is a IVN in the legend for junior and one more N than on the coins of his brother The coin has the Trier mintmark on the reversebr3:26 Maximianus antoninianus originally issue silver washed but contains one part silver and 20 parts copper (XXI) alloy Jupiter gives a small victory to the emperor The style looks like Antioch mint and the H on the reverse indicates workshop 8 CONCORDIA MILITVM is 'Concord of the soldiers' This is a decent coin as you noted but it is common so you won't get rich on it Compare to mine from shop nine on my page (second coin in top photo) wwwforumancientcoinscom/dougsmith/maxhtmlbr3:36 Constantius Gallus Caesar under emperor Constantius II Augustus /Roman soldier spearing a falling horseman FEL TEMP REPARATIO (Happy Days Return) There are estimated 2200 variations of this type from several rulers and 15 mints (your letters unclear) making this the most common Roman coin br3:42 Victory reverse Securitas Reipublica coins were issued by several people in the family of Valentinian I The images of the obverse were not clear enough to get it with certainty br3:53 Islamic (I do not collect 'modern' coins even those that are a thousand years old)brI hope you enjoy the coins and don't rush to sell them on eBay The Maximianus is worth a bit more than the postage You should keep it in case someday you get interested in ancients Comment from : Doug Smith |

How can I sell these coins? Comment from : Oguz Dogan |
Well you flip through 'em pretty quick, but one time through at a quick glance 1 Tiberius(Globe/Rudder)? 2 Some form of Janus? 3 Maximinius Thrax Sestertius? 4 Domitian? 5 Nerva? 6 Medieval? 7 Greek? 8 Islamic? 9 Greek? 10 Constantine era(Late Roman Bronze? 11 Islamic? 12 LRB? 13 Maximianus? 14 LRB? 15 LRB? I'm pretty sure of at least a couple of those Comment from : Anonymous Rex |
The copper coin at 1:50 is a either an "As" or a "Sestertius" The portrait looks like that of Tiberius, the 2nd emperor of Rome The copper coin at 2:08 was issued by emperor Maximinus Thrax The copper coin at 2:18 was minted during the reign of emperor Domitian The coin at 3:32 is an "Antoninianus" minted during the reign of either Aurelian or Probus I recommended that you visit Wildwindscom for reference on ancients on your last video Did you bother to visit that site last time? Really really cool coins!!brUre correct about the suspected fakes, these have a clear seam around them that denotes them being from a mould and the porous surface full of "bubble" holes is a direct result of the casting proccess These are supposed to be extremely thin and the silver is supposed to be very flatbrbrThe second roman coin is a republican As, ennumistacom/catalogue/pieces154512htmlbrbrThird one is a sestertius of Philip the Arab, probably with PIETAS on the reverse, that should give you enough clues to look it upbrbrForth one is an As of Domician, featuring reverse MONETA AVGVSTIbrbrFifth cant really figure out, but the Sixth is actually a late-medieval/early modern one from Spain Either Valencia or Aragon, look here ennumistacom/catalogue/spain-1htmlbrbrSeventh actually looks greek, cant really make it out Eight is also spanish, probably a 4 or 8 Maravedis from Felipe II or IIIbrbrCant make out the ninth tiny one, tenth is a late roman coin from Constantius 2, celebrating his troops (GLORIA EXERCITVS)brbrEleventh looks like a turkic medieval copper fals 12th is another late roman coin, either Constantine or his sonsbrbrThirteenth is a REALLY NICE antoninianus of Maximianus Herculius Fourteenth is another late roman coin, this time Constantius GallusbrbrThe little stack of bronze are all 18th century spanish fractional coinsbrbrIf you use reddit, feel free to say hello at the r/ancientcoins subreddit and we could tell you more about these Comment from : Classic Numismatics |

I’m 90 sure the knife money is fake, however I’m also pretty sure the roman coins are real, one exception might be the good condition one There’s also at least one ancient greek coin in there The moroccan coins are quite collectible and usually sell above average prices Comment from : Vilgot Björling |

Were did you get them ? Comment from : peter thecoinpicker |

Don't know how well it works on ancient coins, but Coinoscope is an (unfortunately ad-laden) app for your phone/ipad that will ID a coin from a picture I've not tried it with anything really old, but it'd be a place to start Best of luck!brbrbrWhen holding them, don't you wish the coins could talk & what they'd have to say about what they've seen over the years? =) Comment from : RealRuler2112 |
use coinoscope It helps identifying ancients Comment from : Coin Dealer |
luckiest find ever! Where did you get them? Comment from : Coin Dealer |

I guess the knife money is real Comment from : Vedant Acharya |
