By far one of the best videos I've seen on house flipping, and with a nice motivational ending Hopefully will see more of these documentary (Markomentary?) types of vids in the future Also, would like to know more about house flipping, ie best areas to flip, how to find a reputable contractor, ways to save money, networking, how much carpentry and such you should know yourself, etc
