For those having trouble with the red crow not showing up what I found more useful is once you killed the first target instead of just going into the alleyway, quick as you can go back to the start and find him again He shouldn't be too far from the building you started in Doing this seems to make him go to the alley everytime Comment from : Dumb Sow

Alternatively, you can also snipe Mark Purayah II from the alley across the street There's a drainpipe and if you climb it, it gives you the perfect vantage point so you don't have to worry about sneaking out with the diamonds case You don't even have to take the delivery guy's clothes Just sedate him, stash him in the dumpster, and hide the diamonds case in the door across from the dumpster Also there's a place you can store the sniper rifle in the alley where you can drop the piano Comment from : SuperCHARged Productions
