Yes!!! I feel like actors, agents, and CD's are in a race to the bottom in this market (the SE) to ensure they keep getting jobs I understand the situation, but we all need to stand up in unity to change things By hiring local actors, these productions are saving money as is Compensate the actors based on their experience and the skillset Period!

Your videos are always fantastic and illuminating, as I've mentioned before I watched this whole video Whew! You sure get trusted with a lot I don't think I could have parked a vehicle in between two expensive structures acting like I'm driving normally and acting cool as a cucumber You do have a hella lot of skills But I want to add this - often newer actors simply cannot achieve accomplishing the utility needed of being a utility player while simultaneously adding to the richness and reality of the tapestry of the scene, and the film Because either (a) they are not experienced enough in "acting" or (2) not experienced enough in acting on film You, Matt, are always ON POINT in all the scenes I've ever seen you in You not only bring external utility skills, you bring the sauce And for this, too, you deserve overscale

Oh man! I used to work behind the scenes at a small NBC news station Those switchboards are No Joke!! The mere thought of switching a show AND saying lines breaks me out in a cold sweat! That deserved a pay bump for sure 😅
