Regarding suited gapers, solvers like pushing these hard with deep stacks if they hit a gunshot on the flop as they don’t mind folding to a raise, and similarly with other hands that can improve, but with small enough probability they don’t mind folding if raised Comment from : ewallt |

All of those hands I've already concidered a good ones And I always played them, exept if I am facing all in pre-flop or on the flop after not conecting(since they are not that good to put your entire stack on the line) But can u please explain what is the diference between A7♦️ and A8/A9♦️ or even A4 ♦️or A5 ♦️ I mean why u took exactly 7 of ♦️ or is it that it doesen't matter so u chose any mid card In my oppinion suited ace four or five is even more powerfull, sometimes even ace two for it's str8 potential Was just wondering if it was random, and it applys for A6, A8, A9, A10 or is it specific for A7 and if so, why is it specific And why is A7 worse than A8 ? Btw pocket 10s is by far my favourite hand in poker, very underrated, and the amount I've hit trips with 10s is insane Really great hand Comment from : Fedja Vučković |

My favorite hands:br1 QJ J10, or 109 - These are great for just getting top pair but also just the number of straights they can get I really like the keep in mind that a 3-gapper can only really make 1 straight, a 2-gapper 2, a 1-gapper 3, and connected can make 4 As in, 4/10 straights really come from connected hands, which is a huge amount (well not counting ones where the board is 1 away from a straight, but those are far less profitable so I don't really care)brbr2 Low suited hands Even things like 23 Thing is, they're great for betting a little every round and just acting like you have middle pair or some sort of decent hand, and even when you lose you barely lose anything, but if you do get the flush you can make a huge amount Although this is far less effective against really good players, but with just playing with recreational players it's amazing how much this can winbrbr3 AA easy money although everyone knows about this hand Comment from : Doug S |

My personal favorite hands that have won me tons of money are baby suited aces (A2-A5) that can make a wheel or a nut flush, alongside K10, which in my experience often makes a solid standalone top pair and blocks lots of hands that opponents could have that would normally beat you Comment from : 1Bolzard1 |

Your advice is the best Mostly reinforcing what I've already learned So much time wasted watching Little, D-Negs and others who are playing high stakes or tournaments That's fine if that's what you're playing But 90 percent of players are NOT in those type of games or situations You talk about where most of us live-small stakes cash! Thanks again! Comment from : Bob Loomis |

KQs is my most profitable hand Comment from : Alan Cudd |
I'm guessing the 79 in your username is much more likely to be your birth year than one of your "favorite hands" Give me a break You are correct about not hitting a flop big most of the time, and I guess one could rejoice when it happens and they win a massive pot - to pay for all the times they miss or wind up with a weak top or 2nd pair facing bets Comment from : Strav S |
Eh, don't know what kind of raises you're facing against the players you play against, but if I have A7s and I'm raised or re-raised pf, I'm usually folding itbecause, yeah, of course you can hit an A on the flopbut are you up against A8 or above? Some players with KK will shove A high flops to scare hands like weak Ax out of the pot Are you calling? They would do the same with AK where you might have QQ on an A high flop (no Q) Honestly I sometimes wonder if you are training people to be shit poker players with this advice Let's say the flop is dry and has no A It's been raised pf Are you honestly calling what are usually hefty bets post flop to hit a single pair? I think that works out to about 75 chance per card Comment from : Strav S |
Set mining with small pairs isn't a good idea above 2-5, in 5-10 and up at least in Vegas, calling 22-55 hoping to Flop a set anywhere but the button or maybe CO if the button looks like they're folding is a major leak There's a decent chance you'll get squeezed and when you flop a set deep stacked you gii vs 6 combos of higher sets and 9 combos of top 2, not a very high equity spot Most of the time you just flop a set vs a mediocre hand that was just trying to steal the blinds and you make very little, you really need the perfect storm I prefer 3-betting 66+ 2/3 times flatting button 1/3 of the time and just folding 22-55 if I'm not on the button When you 3-bet you can rep some K high boards and give yourself more ways to win and also win a bigger pot when you flop a set on a low board vs JJ that now puts you on AK For 1-3 and soft 2-5, small pairs are gold, they deteriorate as your opponents get more aggressive Comment from : The Adventures of Slim |

I appreciate your content! it's very direct, well articulated, and clearly coming from a man who has put in the hours at the table and research far beyond I'm a reasonably good and experienced player, been playing since 2002 or so but play a lot of home tournaments and bar tournaments, and cash games at the card club occasionally After listening to a few of your videos I have been sharpening my game and recently split 1st place ina a 110 person tournament with some decent players in it I have taken your advice about giving different looks to those better players and it has helped tremendously in my bluff game Also paying closer attention to my position at the table and the positions of others when they are betting which is something I used to rarely even think about for some reason I've never played much online at all and being that that was your forte to start out withI'm going to look for more info about that and maybe some of your other videos and other places but I just have a hard time with the fact that the people aren't there because so much of the game is in the mannerisms and things Do you think it's as easy to win playing online? Or easier? Comment from : Narrativity Seen |
