My lovely mia just died this week and he did experience almost all signs here, like he went hiding a lot, no longer grooming, he vomitted several times and have different behaviour But one thing that he didn't was he didn't eat His appetite seemed to be gone and he also didn't want to open his mouth when I want to feed him That's when i know his time was near and what i did is try to comfort him and not staying away from him It was very heart broken and sad but maybe it's for the better

The first time I had a cat who was sick She let me know by suddenly climbing on me all the time She had been affectionate but not that much It took me a little while to realize what was going on She got in my lap or jumped on my chest or shoulder or hip, anything to stay attached to me She ended up having kidney trouble I've never seen anybody say that's one of the signs
