Even for native English speakers, you can forgot to speak fluent English if you live in a foreign country ie France Because nobody here in Marseille speaks English! French Tv is obviously in French Even at home we speak in French So it's easy to forget some English expressions or idioms if you're living in a foreign country speaking a foreign language 24/7 ie French!
