Actually given inflation, the last place I would want to be is government backed anything as they might make a call on it Go with private mints and stick to bars Stay as far away from government issued bullion as possible

Silver is silver, buy whichever has the least premium 100oz, 1 Kg, 10oz, 5oz bars are almost always better than generic rounds which are always better than governent bullion coins The worst Silver to ever buy is the American Silver Eagle You will NEVER recover the premium You can buy 1 or 2 because you like the design, but, as an investment they are the pits

Mix it up!! brFor long runs go for big chunks! (Silver 1kg+) (gold ounce+) brFor security/emergency go for small amounts to get rid of fast (silver ounces, 100/250/500 gram) (gold 5/10/20 gram) brSo definitely mix it up! Bars or coins? I like both bars and 1 ounce rounds I have rounds, which are slightly higher per ounce, for barter if the SHTF and the US Dollar completely goes downhill Bars are long term holds and too big to carry around without people noticing

Great video I would disagree and say 2 things I love big bars but they are harder to unload Same with art bars and rounds If you buy eagles or maples that have a dollar value attached and premium you pay you can often get back, especially in a private sale Could be different where I am but those big bars and generic rounds are harder to sell with less premium I still buy them but prefer the government bullion since I want liquidity Again, fantastic video!

I realize that this video was made last August, but I've bought several pieces the last couple of days, and it seemed like I was finding the 1 oz rounds cheaper than the 1 oz bars I'll admit that I am new to silver stacking, but unless I'm missing something (and I certainly could be), the rounds were the better deal The larger bars were certainly a better deal, but I'm not ready to pull the trigger on one of those bad boys just yet

How are these prices fluctuating? Currently coins are now the same if not lower price than bars You can buy 500 gram bar for the same price as 1 Oz Maple x17-18

I feel like I came in late on a game that I should’ve been a part of a long time ago (sigh) right now everything is $5-$10 over spot price I am a person that saved up a lot but realize that inflation is going to hurt my savings, so I’m replacing my equity with assets of silver stacking For some reason as a beginner I’m just focused on specific brands but I hope someday soon the price will go down and spot price will too
