With USD being rejected, it places more importance on a system to move money on and off the highway of international trade brWhen XRP is legal in the US and with the international banking network nearing completion ,this will reduce the need for USDbr There must be an international currency, and when XRP becomes legal and the 17 civil war concludes, world wide Fiat currencies can be exchanged without Usd, the dollar will loose value and the rebuilding of America begins
