As a teacher of 20-plus years, I can say that it is impossible to employ one specific philosophy We find ourselves using the best parts of each This way you eventually create your OWN personal philosophy Because students are unique and bring various experiences from home, you must approach them with what works As a result, you have a unique classroom that is not reflective a specific philosophy but of that individual teacher's response to her specific population
