Thank you for the informative video I have a question I was hoping you can answer for me I am renting an apartment and currently accumulating credit towards purchasing a new home from specific builders such as KB, Beazer etc However, it looks like part of the conditions for using the credit towards a new construction home includes not being able to use the services of a real estate agent I was hoping maybe you can clarify that for me and the reason behind it I am a first time home buyer and not sure what to do Am I only allowed to use the services of a sales counselor at the site to help me with the purchase of a new home? I would appreciate your help Thank you

This video was helpful I am still in the decision stage After bidding on my dream home and losing :( I decided to build I found a lot in update NY and met with builders The builders will front the cost to build and cash out at the end with the bank so I can avoid the whole construction loan I need to proceed with purchasing the lot and hiring the builders, architect etc but I didn't realize all the hidden out of pocket fees associated with a homebuild like permit fees, engineering etc The lot is 30k and I am hoping to get it for no more than 20k I'm sure I want to build I am just scared that I will have exhausted my entire savings DO you have any advice for how much someone should have saved when looking to build, when it comes to out of pocket cost?

Hi Ty,brThanks for your videos they have been encouraging to me to more forward with building a new house I have a lot to say so hope I don’t stress you out brI’m looking at a lot in West St Paul, Minnesota 55118 This is tax forfeited land and the way it looks is that there is a reassessment fee of $45,000 on top of $40,000-$50,000 it will be auctioned for My question is is it worth it for $95,000 if it’s valued at $60,000 Will the valve go up if I purchase it at $95,000? brThe next thing is I grow up building house for a local home builder and I’m considering getting my own contractors license and building it myself/a crew My question here Is how much can I save wise by doing it my way vs having a contractor do it?
