If you want to find old coins you can go to a farmer's field and if he has some old cars out in the field ask him if you can take the door panels off because in behind the door panels there could be some old coins In the sixties and seventies my boyfriend and I used to do that we used to go into areas where there was abandoned cars take the door panels off and find old coins especially in the back door panels kids would put pennies in there and coins so that was fun

Who would you recommend to sell your coins to where you're going to get a good value I don't want to go to my local coin dealers because they'll rip me off it's bad enough that the Auto Repair she's a grandma coming and they think Grandma's dumb well Grandma isn't done when it comes to fixing cars but I do not want to go to a local dealer when it comes to my coins and try to sell them there cuz I don't want to get ripped off so where do you think I could sell them and get a good price

Please help! Don't have a clue about coin collecting: but I have 3 coins thatbrI have that don't look normal 1of them is a 1983 penny that weighs 31 gms other penny's only 25 gms! I also have a 1968 d dime that the face of coin is all a red color but the back looks like normal dime shiny, but face a dull red Plus I have a 1985 d dime that isn't shiny like all other dimes its dull Where it says in God we trust you can barely see the word (in) and the word (we) is almost not even visible In the word liberty the first 3 letters at top are hard to make out Turn coin over And the word ( United) at top of all letters you can barely see The first 3 letter of States is the same Do these coins have and value ? Any help would be helpful Oh yea on front side the 5 in the date looks different from others Thx
