After cleaning and lubricating the stuck caliper pins and putting all back, all the lights came on!!! ABS, Trac,Brake, Ebrake, Hazardous light warning and Check VSC warning!!!!!! I tried this on my 2007 Lexus ES350 After shorting the two terminals 4 times, "DIAG VSC 53" message comes up I went through the whole process anyway but it would not reset the "Check VSC system" warning I tried this many times but did not work Now I am stuck Repair manual says "DIAG VSC 53" means communication problem with ECM But I am not sure if ECM refers to main ECU or skid control module The repair manual does not say which, which is stupid If anyone has any idea, please let me know Thanks Comment from : tom mason

Thanks for your information on the quick fixes, I tired them all except You may want to try this one My 2013 toyota highlander (farted ) as I called it after I just filled it at a local gas station Engine light came on also the trac off light came on I replace the gas cap as required for maintenance, no luck Old boy, solution, I disconnected the battery cable waited 5 mins, reattached the cables, PROBLEM SOLVED All cars go through a reboot cycle when a battery has been disconnected Maybe add this to your channel ,thanks Comment from : Chris Holbus

Local key shop was programming a new key and I was driving home with Engine check light, VSD, traction control, and Red BRAKE light Using the OBD scanner revealed 3 codes: C1203, C1336, and U0100 All 3 disapeared once I used paper clips to reset the "Zero point calibration" Comment from : Ken Bales
