When I first started collecting I thought that a doubled die meant that the coin was struck twice and didn’t hit the same spot twice 😆 brbrNow I know better :)

Exactly…that’s what I have been saying for years! It not double because it was strike twine! Because if it striked twice the original date would flatten out in the second strike! Double dies are designed to keep us looking! It good for the mint!

I’ve been collecting coins for close to 5 yrs now I’m 58 yrs young, lol As I’m learning, what I have realized Not too long ago is that there’s a lot to learn and know in this hobby of coin collecting At one point I remember thinking that I just about to a point of remembering all the dates and errors and so on I started with pennys I’ve put countless hours into this and I’ve realized that there’s so much more to it But it’s coming together and everything is making sense I remember when I was a small bit just being fascinated with the copper penny Anyways, you have turned out to be one that I’m get information from more and more Your very knowledgeable in what you do and I understand what your doing and I just have to say thank you and your a good man To take the time away from your very busy days to put together a video for us is just very Admirable Thank you and your staff for all that you guys and gals do It’s helping not only me but many people at there, to be able to enjoy a hobbie and at the same time, put a couple pennys in are pockets
