Although small countries can choose to issue their CBDC on the public XRP Ledger, I think that bigger nations will exclusively use a private chain of XRPL In that case I think the effect on XRP will be small, BUT they can use XRP for settlement with other currencies and CBDCs, in which case it will have an effect
